Mahasiswa Departemen Kimia Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) menggelar kegiatan bakti sosial bagi masyarakat desa melalui rangkaian cek kesehatan, workshop pembuatan sabun, dan pembagian sembako, pada Minggu (24-05).

“Kegiatan ini merupakan program kerja tahunan Departemen Sosial sebagai bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat desa,” ujar Jashinta dalam kegiatan tersebut.

Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan cek kesehatan bagi lansia yang bekerja sama dengan UKESMA. Pemeriksaan kesehatan meliputi pengecekan tekanan darah dan konsultasi kesehatan dasar untuk membantu masyarakat memantau kondisi kesehatannya. read more
